Terms & Conditions

1. Urgent or Time Sensitive Question(s):

  1. Payment: All questions must be paid in full before work can commence.
  2. Time: All jobs are broken into half-hourly slots. This is what we report on and how we estimate our time.
  3. Minimum Charge: There is a minimum charge of 50.00 GBP per consultation based on half-hourly charge rates per query.
  4. All rates are subject to VAT.

2. Ongoing Consultations:

  1. Payment: All time-blocks must be paid in full before work can commence.
  2. Time: All jobs are broken into half-hourly slots. This is what we report on and how we estimate our time.
  3. Detail: All jobs are tracked and detailed in a monthly report.
  4. Expiry: Good for 12 months – each time-block is valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
  5. Extra Hours: If you are reaching the end of your time-block, you can purchase up to 10 hours at the same rate to complete the job. If the job requires more time than this, we will recommend a new block of hours.
  6. Tight Deadlines: If your job is urgent and requires an immediate turnaround (within 24 hours or less), this will attract a 50% loading fee. For pre-paid hours, this means that you will be charged an extra 50% on top of the hours you use for this job. If you have any remaining hours, they will remain at the pre-purchased rate. This fee loading is to allow us to organise extra resources.
  7. All rates are subject to VAT.

3. Dedicated Expert Resource

  1. Description of Services: A formal “description of services” agreement will be provided to all clients with a detailed breakdown of the project fees.
  2. Payment: All projects are to be paid on a fixed fee basis which will be mutually agreed prior to the commencement of any work.
  3. Detail: All project activity will be tracked and detailed in a monthly report.
  4. Change of Project Scope: Any change to the original project scope will be mutually agreed and a new description of services will be issued and the project fees will be amended accordingly.
  5. Project Extensions: All project extension requests will require an amended description of services including any associated fees.
  6. All rates are subject to VAT.
