Managing Director’s Message:

Sterling Reward Management’s ultimate goal is to provide our clients the highest quality consulting services and knowledge transfer so they can become self-sufficient in the ongoing management of their pay, reward or performance management initiatives that are put in place.

Drawing on over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources, I believe that when it comes to attracting, motivating and retaining staff, knowing what should be done (theory) and what realistically can be done (practicality) is paramount.  Getting the balance right between theory and practicality could mean the difference between success and failure when implementing reward, performance management or Human Resources initiatives. To coin the phrase, “to win hearts and minds”, the heart refers to the practical emotional engagement side of change and the mind is the theory on how the change will improve the business. In my experience, getting this balance right is a key for a motivated workforce.

I take great pride in our approach to doing business and I look forward to continuing our partnership with our valued clients and I look forward to establishing new partnerships and relationships with companies looking for a high quality and customer focused reward and performance management consultancy firm.
